Description : The Pan Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change manifests the commitment of Canadian provinces to Climate Change Mitigation to achieve 2015 Paris Climate Agreement targets. An updated compendium of climate change mitigation measures as of December 2017 is presented with comparative insights. The study was conducted to inform baseline assumptions for energy system modelling for the CESAR Pathways Project.
